Monday, December 21, 2009 - Pale strawberry hue. Nose of strawberries and blueberries. Bright red & blue fruit forward with some crisp apple notes. A minerality and tannins late in the palate. Wonderful tiny bubble for a smooth creamy mouthfeel and a wonderful long balanced finish.
