Tuesday, July 20, 2010 - We drank our 3rd bottle with grilled pork chops on 7/20/10. This time, the bouquet had fresh strawberry, cherry, mineral and yeast aromas. The palate followed with clean, fresh flavors of strawberry, mineral and a little pink grapefruit.
