Sunday, July 9, 2006 - Really amazing mousse - almost like drinking bubbles. Soft and velvety. I don't get a lot from the nose other than a sort of delicate cheese-rind smell. On the palate it's okay, but honestly I would have liked a deeper, richer flavor to it.
