Saturday, February 9, 2013 - Refreshing and crisp -- nice salmon hue. Subtle strawberry on the nose with lots of chalk and white minerals. Dry-ish. Not the most complex sparkling but a good value to pop, pour and just enjoy with thinking too much about it.
