Friday, August 14, 2015 - Lotta bang for the buck on a warm day! It's not dazzlingly complex but it's well-balanced and very, very refreshing, with its citric (lemon, grapefruit) acidity, vigorous bubbles, and I think a bit of mineral action offsetting some pretty delicate red fruit.
