Saturday, February 17, 2018 - Salmon color. Light intensity on the nose with hints of lemon, pear, white flowers and pleasing sourdough. On the palate, strawberries, slight jammy sweetness with lemony zest crisp finish. Served with salmon and coconut rice and this brought out the fruitiness while staying crisp. Overall a very good cremant.
