Monday, December 24, 2018 - Impressed. I find it hard to find a sparkling wine at a decent price that I like, and this one actually tinkled my fancy. Pretty salmon color, not too bubbly, nice tart strawberry, rhubarb, lemon, mineral. Dry, yet buzzing with fun flavors. Very satisfying and fruity, yet still intellectual. Went out and bought more.
