Wednesday, June 7, 2023 - Elegant, harmonious, incredibly well integrated and developing beautifully. This is a remarkably enjoyable champagne at present. I imagine it will continue to age gracefully, but now is a fantastic time to drink if you don't prefer champagne's long aging qualities.
