This 1er cru btl at 8yrs old is in absolute perfect condition with many years ahead of it but drinking great with whole Dorade fish tonight. Classic Chablis and worth every penny of the $25 I paid for it. Pale gold, clean nose, apples, lime and minerally with vibrant acidity.Sadly, my last of 4 btls.
