Wednesday, January 24, 2018 - Disgorged 2014 Jan, 55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay. Golden in color with fine beads, nose is quite reserved with toast and some citrus fruits. On palate, it is a entirely different beast. Concentrated and yet finely balanced, fresh but smooth, zesty but composed. Hint of spice too. Just the right dosage for my liking. Complex with multi-dimensional aroma. Value for money.
