Sunday, April 5, 2020 - Can’t say I’ve had a 15 year old champagne before and it is very interesting. The fruit is gone still plenty of fine bubbles. Dry but mild acidity. Still some of the bread yeast on the nose. Medium finish with maybe dried apricot and dried apples on the palette
