Friday, September 1, 2023 - Half hour decant. The tannins are fully resolved. There is a combination of residual dark fruit and balanced acidity mixed with tertiary scents and flavors. A fantastic wine. Restaurant Lalique at Chateau Lafaurie-Peyraguey.
