Friday, February 13, 2015 - Opened at a dinner at the Palm NYC. As it was the second Cabernet we were drinking, it got a chance to sit in glasses and the open bottle for about 45 minutes before anyone started to drink it. I know 2011 is considered a weak vintage, but this was drinking great. It continued to evolve and get better over the course of the evening. Not massively heavy, but rather restrained flavors of dark red fruits. Great balance. I think I will drink my 2011s before my 2010s.
