Sunday, October 13, 2019 - Poured out to a decanter, allowed to breathe for two hours, then back into the bottle to go to the restaurant. Consumed over several hours. Still very young, but with sufficient air, it’s singing now. Cedar notes and fruit, well balanced throughout.
