Friday, December 3, 2021 - Dark to the rim. No signs of bricking.
Nose shows strong cab franc notes of green bell pepper and spice, but also shows some dark cherry notes and black fruit. Nice.

Palate is complex, shows the cab franc with some briery notes, blackberry, touch of tannic bite, a little bell pepper mid-palate and white pepper on the finish.

This had a longer life ahead of it. Well done.

Would buy again.
