Saturday, March 3, 2012 - Wonderful notes of honeydew and hints of cantaloupe. Went fantastically well with a bruschetta and cheese stuffed chicken breast dinner! Slight green hint, very intriguing. Sediment (potassium bitartrate aka cream of tartar) was really neat to see in a white wine. Absolutely delicious; ordering another bottle now. Half of note was with Megan's gracious assistance and input.
