Monday, July 22, 2019 - A wonderful burgundy. It was my daughter’s birth wine, and we brought it to the restaurant to celebrate her birthday. As is our customs, we also shared a taste with our waiter. To quote him: “this is the best wine I’ve ever had. I would drink it out of a tennis shoe.” I could think of no stronger testament.
