Wednesday, September 14, 2016 - Kirsch, molasses, leather, blood, iron, garrigue, tapenade, and crushed black rock. Black fruited, with some additional cinnamon & dark chocolate flavors on the palate. Upon opening, there is a nice acidity, if a bit prickly on the finish. In time, the texture becomes more velvety & the finish more seamless. Drinking well, now to 2020.
