Saturday, November 21, 2020 - Simply impeccable. DECANT AND WAIT! The bottle was still unapproachable until hour 6. Its amazing how it developed over those hours, but there is a reason its one of the most remarkable Brunello available.

Bitter cherries developed to juicy raspberries with a long smooth finish that rested on the palate for minutes. Nice smoke and earth, but all classy. Paired with bone in Veal Parmesan, and the wine carried the meal, not the meat!
