Wednesday, May 17, 2023 - Looks bright and youthful, with a little bricking around the rim. The nose has some cedar, leather and truffle indicating a bit of age, but it is essentially youthful and vibrant. There are briary fruits in the mouth and a bit of tobacco and earth. It is mid-weight, balanced and vibrant and finishes with an uptick of fresh, minerally acidity.
