Wednesday, November 2, 2022 - Decanted for an hour, drank over 3 hours. Took a while to open up. Nose is a bit shy. Medium bodied and starting to darken around the edges. Very smooth and elegant at this stage. Dark cherry, kirsch, licorice, provencial herbs, mineral. Just lovely and still in it's peak drinking window.
