Friday, May 26, 2023 - A mellow glow, old yet fresh: dry autumn leaves, juicy blackberry compote and preserved cherries, dried herbs (esp. thyme), and the tannins have completely melted into the wine. Harmonious and gentle and really quite beautiful.
