Saturday, November 12, 2011 - Decanted for 45 minutes, it could have used more as the wine continued to open in the glass. Med body. Clean. Strawberry, chocolate, compote/fig flavors. Super-fine tannins coat the tongue and roof of the mouth. A little heat in the throat the first few sips, but this burned off quickly. Very nice.
