Sunday, December 25, 2011 - Tasted alongside Pegau 2004. The Pegau was more meaty and dense both in smell and taste, while the VT was more elegant, lighter and more stemmy. The VT had a bouquet of green herbs, some medicine and bright red fruit. The attack was leaner than the Pegau and had a medium body. OK length but not a great wine at this stage.
