Saturday, September 1, 2012 - Consumed in vertical tasting of 03, 04, 05, and 06. Opened bottles 6 hours before consuming. All bottles would have been better with decanting as all opened up as the bottles were consumed.
03-lighter in style, stoney with more mineral, plum and spice.
04-more extracted, heaviest of vertical, raspberry,mineral, velvety.
05-less extracted, chewy spiced black fruit, hotter, minerality present.
06-More like 04. Floral, nutty, stone, less fruit. Super finish.
