Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - Decanted one hour and served with pheasant. Bright color, still very fruity and dense. Alcohol present but integrated. Cherry and spice dominated. Nice acidity and could be conserved longer. Much more interesting than when tasted 5 years ago. Will buy again
