Sunday, February 10, 2013 - Thought I may have been too late for this half bottle. So wrong. The 04 La Crau is still wrapped up in itself with plenty of beautiful fruit, tannin, glycerin, and much complexity. This is meaty, beaty, and still has plenty of bounce, even from a half showing just a whisper of oxidation. Amazing wine. Drink by spring, 2020.
