Silky smooth after PnP from a 375 mL. Shows notes of black cherry compote, perfectly ripened plums, smoked meat, and gravel/soil.
Perfectly balanced med acidity, with soft and silky tannins that build with air. Deliciously long finish, this wine will keep going through 2023 or so. Marvelous.
