Thursday, April 28, 2016 - Scott's Wine dinner at Honeysuckle, a bit of everything! (Honeysuckle, Washington DC): Sort of unfair to be served with the 04 Celestine. Ripe black fruits, fruitcake, baking spices, a hint of garrigue and earth. Good concentration and medium finish. A bit of heat at the end. Comparable to a pretty solid $30 retail regular cuvee CDP.
