Friday, October 13, 2006 - Tasted unblinded at the Vintage Wines, Ltd. wine bar. Bright disc. Deep ruby robe with red rim. Clean nose, showing moderately intense aromas of roasted herbs, black cherries, vanilla and cayenne. Full-bodied on the palate, with low-to-medium acidity, medium ripe tannins and a black fruit-dominated palate. The wine builds on the mid-palate and finishes long.
