Wednesday, December 9, 2020 - Very dark still, first taste not entirely pleasant but two hours in the decanter opened it up nicely to reveal hidden fruit and something I can only describe as garrigue. Much sediment. Lots of different tastes going on but I wondered if I had left this one too long. It appeared quite tannic still but this did not hold the wine together and by day two (left overnight in the decanter, on the counter) the wine had declined noticeably. Of course I still drank it....
