Sunday, December 12, 2021 - should have decanted because of the large amount of fine sediment. It could use a decant for air also. Had it open about three hours before drinking and testing during that time indicated a very astringent harsh wine. Was very nice after three hours though: robust, rich cherry, licorice with spice and stony minerality in the background. Long finish.
