Thursday, September 17, 2015 - (A-) Right in my wheelhouse. Tons and tons of acid. Even a whole day or air didn't bring it all together. But the fruit is beautiful. Delicate, a touch tart even. Cherry and a touch of cranberry. Delicate greenery from the whole cluster. It's not ready yet, but you can tell it will be fun when it comes together. Hold.
