Wednesday, December 29, 2021 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color unevolved. Nose has tobacco bell pepper and cherry. Swishing shows more acid than tannin structure. Sipping shows a fruit density that surprises me including dense fruit and pleasant finish. Was amazing with ribeye and shishitos. Good now but will age longer no prob
