Tuesday, December 9, 2014 - A ripe, rich Pinot with lots of dark fruit, cola, and some baking spice. The palate is filled with ripe raspberries, black cherry, and clove. There is a decent acidity to the wine and this helps to keep it in check a little. Overall not bad, but not the type of Pinot I really enjoy.
