Sunday, January 3, 2016 - Medium yellow in color. Pears, citrus oil, green herbs/spice and petrol makes up for an interesting and classic nose. A ripe & off dry palate shows good depth to the poached pears, hint of apples, verbena oil and honey. The sweetness has receded considerably and is replaced with the right amount of off-dry & ripe yellow/white fruit and acidity.
