Amber color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Intoxicating nose of honey, dried apricot, fresh ground ginger, a dash of white pepper and a drop of rich and fragrant sorghum. Clean, fresh and full flavors of honey, ginger snaps, lemon curd and almond paste. Bright acidity, full bodied. Perfectly balanced and harmonious to the core. Mouth coasting without even a tiny bit of cloying. Simply perfect. Drink or hold. No rush.
