Tuesday, December 29, 2020 - The 2010 One Point Five is outstanding at this juncture; full of fresh aromas and soft tannins, fresh barnyard after a cool rain, and lots of fruit. Give it 30 minutes, and what a pleasant surprise. Great with anything: beef, lamb, cheese - plus, or just simply drinking. If one is lucky to find a few bottles that have been stored properly at 55 degrees and perfect humidity... it will be a great find, and great drinking.
