Monday, January 31, 2022 - a good new world wine, full of black currant initially with smooth tannin, then it's growing with vanilla, later slight mint and then give out dry plum.
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, black currant (cassis), vanilla and mint. It tastes like black currant (cassis) and vanilla. The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.
