Sunday, June 27, 2021 - This vintage should probably be consumed within the next year. Lost some of it's umph. But still very tasty. Blue fruit, red plum, notes of black cherry. What's missing is the earthy notes. Had with a Caribbean/Jerk marinaded smoked sirloin. With the fruits in the marinade it paired nicely but was not the star of the dinner.
