Saturday, October 9, 2021 - Opened 60 min prior; dark ruby; dried herbs dill on nose; rich medium full bodied with smooth sweet tannins; blackberry, hint plum, lasting finish with cedar; surprisingly great with fire roasted garlic butter oyster; charcuterie; especially so with NY strip
