Monday, March 2, 2020 - Leap Day dinner Trelio's (Clovis Ca.): This was WILD...I loved it! Some thought it was slightly corked, I thought totally not! Rainwater purity of fruit, energized citrus acidity, salty sea minerality funk...and a very intriguing wet wool, lanolin ala Chenin Blanc. Creamy yet bone dry...exotic...refreshing with slight ox...floral...and one cool drink!
