Thursday, September 19, 2019 - Dinner at Nico Osteria: In the past I've liked VCC but never really loved it, and this bottle might change things. Absolutely jawdropping with a phenomenal fragrance - so perfumed and exotic with bright florality and spice, and also more savoury Bordeaux earthy and cedary notes around a core of red fruit that's still very fresh and vibrant on the palate. The balance here is impeccable and I definitely need to get some more VCC in my cellar.
