Thursday, October 5, 2023 - Not bad for 2011! I have many better vintages of GPL waiting to age but wanted to check in on this one. It has many of the expected notes (lead, pencil, tobacco, plums, cherries) but all in a smooth silky and slightly muted package. Only slow ox’d one hour. Looking forward to later vintages!
