Saturday, July 29, 2023 - It’s been almost 8 years since we tried this ( Papies 92) and has made a few strides forward but still could use some more. Soft spice and herbs along with reluctant dark fruits , open on the nose but the palate is still needs a bit more. Well it’s in its drinking window but still a bit shy and we worry it might never break out as the austerity of Pauillac is not helping the more linear 2011 vintage. On va voir. Still a beautiful wine and one to cherish. 92 again
