Thursday, May 19, 2022 - Perfect condition after 20 years. Beautiful fragrance. Plenty of fruit, not overblown but integrated into the complex structure. Tannins just noticeable, subtle but helping to balance the fruit. Long. A really fine wine—not a blockbuster like (eg) the Armagh or some big Barossas, but more like a fully mature top northern Rhône. Sad that I only have one bottle left.
