Saturday, December 29, 2018 - PopnPour, tasted over 3 hrs, bottle from secondary market
-nearly opaque dark ruby-purple, minimal clearing at edge
-low key sweet VA-like element that dissipates after an hour then dark fruit licorice and faint mature elements emerge
-med acidity, med/med+ weight full dense dark fruit stewed plum molasses date, masculine without overt rusticity, med/med- tannins are the major indicator of its age, good length
-really improves after 2 hours of air, drinking well now early in maturity with many good years ahead
