Friday, September 8, 2023 - Enjoyable to revisit this Rousseau Chambertin 2011. We drank the last bottle early Jan 2020 - in pre-Covid times. So happy that we can again and still enjoy the fragrance of the nose. A bit of meat and earth with good acidity. Many more years to go but in a great place now. Definitely no green or unripe notes here - an excellent 2011.
