Friday, October 20, 2017 - disgorged in 2015. Surprising Franciacorta, rich and aromatic, very pleasant at the nose and at the palate, armonic and complex. Sure benefitted from 2 additional years in the bottle after disgorgement. Top entry level Franciacorta. Good stuff. With A&D e S&M with mozzarella and quiche
