Saturday, October 2, 2004 - Dark yellow. Elegant bouquet with a lot of acidity, pineapple and caramel. Mature taste with a lot of not completely ripe pineapple marmalade and a lot of acidity. Nevertheless surprisingly fresh and a great wine, although for d’Yquem a little disappointing.
